At Kapvita, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you face any issues, our return policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged 
  • Product is defective 
  • Wrong product delivered 

2. Return Request

Customers must raise a return request within 15 days from the date of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

3. Return Process

Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after product verification 
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days 
  • In some cases, replacement may be provided instead of a refund 

5. Non-Returnable Products

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Kapvita.
